We're new, and honestly, we're proud of that, because being small means we can do care the personal way. Dear friend,
We started Comfort Care at Home for a simple reason. So many older Australians want to stay in the home they know and love, surrounded by their own things, their own routines and their own memories. We believe they should be able to, with the right help arriving at the door.
Home isn't just four walls. It's where the memories live, where the routines bring a quiet sort of peace, and where you get to go on being you.
So we've kept things small and local on purpose. We take the time to know our clients by name, we listen to their stories, and we send the same familiar faces wherever we can. We're a young team, and we're proud of that, because small is exactly what lets us treat your mum or dad the way we'd want our own family treated.
If you have a government-funded package, we can work alongside an approved provider and help with the Support At Home paperwork, so that side of things feels a little lighter for you.
A bit of help around the house, some company over a cuppa, or a gentle hand to stay independent each day: we're here for the everyday things that keep life feeling comfortable and your own.
