Understanding DVA home care benefits for veterans.
A plain-language guide to what DVA-funded home support covers, and how to access it.
Staying in your own home matters. We're a small, local team who help older Australians and veterans keep living safely and comfortably at home, with the same familiar faces you come to know and trust.
Home is where your memories live, and you deserve to stay there for as long as you wish. We're a small, local team helping older Australians and veterans across Cranbourne and South-East Melbourne with personal in-home care and DVA home support (Coming soon), shaped around your routine and the way you like things done. Our rates stay genuinely competitive, which means more care and more hours within your budget. If you have a government-funded package, we can work with an approved provider to handle the management and claiming, so the care stays simple and someone is always keeping your family in the loop.

Book a Free ConsultationWhether it's in-home aged care or DVA home support (coming soon), our small local team turns up when we say we will, with reliable, personalised care and genuine warmth, so you and your family feel safe, respected and looked after.
Step 1
Give us a call or send a message whenever you're ready. It's a friendly, no-pressure chat, and there's no obligation to go ahead.
Step 2
We come to you, sit down and listen, and answer every question you have. We'll explain how things work in plain language.
Step 3
Together we shape a care plan around your routine, your preferences and what matters to your family. You stay in charge.
Step 4
Your carer arrives as promised, a familiar face ready to support you at home. You can start with a little and add more whenever you're ready.
Choosing care for yourself or someone you love is a big step, and trust has to be earned. We're a small, local team, and these are the quiet promises behind every visit.
Letting someone new into your home is a big thing. Wherever possible, you'll see the same carers each visit, so you get to know them and they get to know you.
Aged care can feel confusing. We'll explain your options clearly, answer every question patiently, and let you decide in your own time, with no obligation to go ahead.
You stay in charge of your own home. Your support is built around your routine, your preferences and the way you like things done, never slotted into a fixed roster.
If you're arranging care for a parent from afar, we understand the worry. We'll keep you informed along the way, so the whole family feels reassured about the care in place.
No obligation, and a genuine person will get back to you.
Aged care can feel like a lot to take in. Here's plain-language guidance and gentle, practical tips to help you feel a little more sure of the way forward.
Often it's small things: meals skipped, the housework slipping, or a parent seeming less steady or less connected than usual. If you're unsure, our free in-home visit is a relaxed way to talk it through.
We support privately funded clients, and if you have a government-funded package we can work alongside an approved Support At Home provider. DVA Home Care is coming soon, as we complete our registration. Get in touch and we'll talk through which options may apply.
We provide in-home care across Cranbourne and the surrounding South-East Melbourne suburbs. Tell us your suburb or postcode when you get in touch, and we'll happily let you know if we can reach you.
Yes. Every carer we bring into your home is carefully chosen and police-checked before they start, and we work to the Aged Care Code of Conduct. You're always welcome to ask about our checks. Experience matters to us, and so does genuine kindness.
Very quickly. Once we've had your free home visit and agreed a care plan, we can usually have support up and running with very little wait. If you need help urgently, just say so and we'll do everything we can to start as soon as possible, and if you're planning ahead, we'll happily work to your timeline.
It depends on the type and frequency of support you need. If you have a government-funded package, we can work with an approved provider and explain any co-contribution. For privately funded clients, we share honest hourly rates with no hidden fees, and your free consultation includes a written quote.
If someone isn't quite the right fit, just have a quiet word with us. We'll find you a better match, with no awkwardness and no fuss. Your comfort always comes first.
Leave your details and we'll aim to call you back within one business day, for a warm, no-pressure chat. There's no obligation, and no question is too small.
